We are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as a consistent, supportive contact for homeowners throughout their project. You will be responsible for
Welcoming new clients and guiding them through next steps
Answering questions and providing updates during each phase
Scheduling meetings, walkthroughs, and check-ins
Collecting documentation, selections, and signatures
Ensuring that records and client communications are up to date
Supporting internal handoffs between design, permitting, and construction teams
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and committed to helping others feel informed and at ease.

Have experience in customer service, account coordination, or project support
Are clear communicators and strong listeners
Are organized and capable of managing multiple clients and timelines
Are tech savvy and comfortable using CRM tools or spreadsheets
