Sophie’s Flats is a design and build company based in Ontario, Canada. We specialize in accessory dwelling units called ADUs, which are independent homes built in residential backyards. Our mission is to help homeowners create more living space through quality construction and full support from design to permitting to completion. We are looking for a Labourer to assist with on-site construction tasks. Your work will support the building teams and help keep projects running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with site preparation and cleanup
Moving materials and tools around the site
Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed
Following safety guidelines and site rules
Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision
Loading and unloading construction materials
This position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential construction.

Are physically fit and able to perform manual labor

Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Understand the importance of safety on construction sites
